All 107 Møre Trafo employees had a great time on the trip with light-hearted competitions like balloon blowing, horseshoe throwing, paper plane throwing and ring tossing. There was also a quiz with questions from everyday life at Møre Trafo. The participants were divided into ten groups where “Team Vegard” took the win. “Team Solgunn” took silver and “Team Hallgeir” took bronze.
Around 8 p.m. dinner was served in Gardaløa’s cozy function room, with delicious seafood like crab and shrimp and excellent cured meats on the menu. After food and drinks there was time for a good chat both outside and inside until the boat back around 11 p.m. Many thought that was far too early…
– Every fall, Møre Trafo arranges a trip for employees where social bonding is the main focus. This year, the destination was kept secret until the very end. We received a lot of positive feedback that this was a really successful mystery trip where everyone had a great time, says Møre Trafo CEO Runar Tandstad.

Kjetil Monsøy, Trude Tandstad, Runar Hole and Runar Tandstad made up the organizing committee behind the successful mystery trip, and they even managed to keep completely quiet about where this year’s trip would go.
Today is a big day for both Phillip Brandal and all of us at Møre Trafo. After two years as an apprentice, Phillip has passed his IT Operations trade exam with the grade Passed with Distinction – the highest rating you can achieve.
