Meet the Latest Addition to Our FLEX Series
FLEX 9 – Shaped for Its Surroundings. Ready for the Future.

Smaller footprint. Faster startup. Built to last.
FLEX 9 combines practical design with rock-solid expertise. When designing FLEX 9, we listened to our customers’ ideas about what the ideal substation should be. We are proud to present the result.
With clean surfaces, a more compact design, and construction built for harsh Nordic climates, it meets the requirements of our experienced customers.

FLEX 9 has an exceptionally compact design, with a roof footprint of just 2400 x 2400 mm. It takes up little space in both rural and urban settings, while delivering uncompromising performance inside.

More Compact. Just as Flexible.
FLEX 9 is available with a two- or three-winding transformer, up to 800 kVA.
There is space for high-voltage switchgear up to size 3K+E/T (RM AirSeT, max. width 1420 mm). Other types of high-voltage switchgear can be supplied to your specifications.
The low-voltage switchboard comes with 10 or 15 busbars and can be split for two voltage levels, providing greater operational flexibility.
Crafted by us, easy for you.
FLEX 9 comes fully assembled from the factory, ready for connection.

Built to Last
The Nordic climate places high demands on equipment designed to remain outdoors for decades. FLEX 9 is built for a long service life, with a frame and structural supports made from 2.8 mm recycled steel treated with Magnelis ZM310. The wall panels are made from 1.25 mm recycled steel with Magnelis ZM310 and a powder-coated finish, while the roof is made from 4 mm glass fiber-reinforced polyester.
The design provides high corrosion resistance in C4 environments, with an expected service life of at least 25 years and a calculated service life of 34 years.
With FLEX 9, we expand the FLEX range with a compact, externally operated substation in a modern design, developed to meet customer needs and market requirements.
