– An incredibly exciting role at the intersection of mechanical and electrical engineering, where no two days are the same.
Read moreToday is a big day for both Phillip Brandal and us at Møre Trafo. After two years as an apprentice, Phillip has passed his IT Operations trade exam with the grade Bestått meget godt – the highest rating you can achieve.
Throughout his apprenticeship, Phillip has been an important part of our IT department, where he has worked with operations and support and shown both professional skill, commitment, and a strong will to learn, says Trond Bonesmo, CIO and professional supervisor for the apprenticeship program.

“It feels good to be done with my education, and I look forward to continuing to work as a professional,”says a pleased Phillip after completing his trade certificate exam.
Luckily for us, Phillip is staying at Møre Trafo for the rest of the year, and we look forward to continuing to work with him as a fully qualified skilled worker.
The examination board was very pleased with how the trade test was carried out, and highlighted both the professional level and the cooperation along the way.
– The trade test went smoothly, and we have had a good dialogue with Møre Trafo throughout the whole process leading up to the test, says Mathilde Olufsen and Bjørnar Sommerseth from the Examination Board.

For us, this day is about more than passing a trade exam. It’s also about the importance of investing in people and skills. Møre Trafo has consistently focused on apprentices and vocational training, and we’re proud to help train the skilled workers of tomorrow. Today we have several apprentices with us who, every day, build experience, competence, and value creation for the future.
Phillip is a shining example of what you can achieve through hard work, good teamwork, and a strong training company.
We congratulate Phillip on an outstanding achievement and wish him all the best in his career as a skilled worker!
