About the Position
- Lead and develop the product development department for substations and transformers
- Be responsible for personnel, budget, and prioritizing development activities
- Further develop products and solutions in close collaboration with Sales, Production and Procurement & Logistics
- Ensure quality, standardization and solid processes

You are a clear and structured leader with technical insight, commercial sense, and the drive to move things forward.
- Have higher technical education in power engineering, electrical engineering, energy or equivalent
- Have experience from product development in an industrial company
- Ideally has leadership experience and staff responsibility
- Work in a structured way and collaborate well with others
