Team Lead Electrical

We are looking for a manager for our electrical department with staff responsibility. Your tasks include day-to-day management, planning and follow-up of production, as well as ensuring quality and HSE.

Are you a clear and committed leader who wants to take a key role in our production? You will lead our electrical department in a production environment with high demands on quality, progress, and safety. You will have personnel responsibility and an operational leadership role, with responsibility for daily planning, execution, and follow-up of work in the department.

You will ensure that deliveries maintain high quality, that production is efficient, and that HSE and quality requirements are met. You will report to the Factory Manager.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Lead, plan and follow up daily production within:
    • Panel production
    • Instrumentation
    • RTU and remote control
    • Installation of electrical systems
  • Distribute tasks and ensure the right staffing and skills
  • Follow up progress, production flow and delivery precision
  • Identify deviations and bottlenecks – and implement measures to improve the process
  • Ensure quality in line with technical documentation, standards and internal requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement

People Management

  • Lead, develop and follow up employees in the department
  • Ensure training in disciplines, HSE and work methods
  • Build a safe and structured work environment
  • Set clear expectations and give continuous feedback

QUALITY, HSE AND IMPROVEMENT

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s quality system and HSE procedures
  • Follow up testing, inspection and completion of deliveries
  • Play an active role in improvement work and standardization (Lean/OPEX)
  • Report status, key figures and deviations

The role also involves close collaboration with other departments and contributing to an efficient, end-to-end production flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate of apprenticeship in electrical or equivalent
  • Experience from a production environment, preferably in industry or electrical installation
  • Experience in management or a clear motivation for a leadership role
  • Good understanding of quality, HSE and production management
