Substations

The framework agreement with Elmat for delivery of substations, switchgear and panels runs for three years, with an option to extend for two more. The annual value is estimated at 49 million, giving a total value of 280 million plus price escalation over the period.

Transformers

Møre Trafo also won the contract for transformers. This contract also runs for three years with an option for a further two years. The contract’s annual value is estimated at 38 million kroner, which could give a total value of 220 million kroner.

500 million

Møre Trafo has now secured contracts that may have a total value of NOK 500 million. The District Managers at Møre Trafo, Nils Johan Sylte and Arnstein Vesterdal, have landed these major contracts and are responsible for following up the grid companies connected to Elmat AS.

Stronger as Market Leader

Møre Trafo is Scandinavia’s largest manufacturer of transformers and substations. These agreements further strengthen the company’s position in the Norwegian market.

“We look forward to a close and solid collaboration with Elmat and their owner companies in the years to come,” say Sylte and Vesterdal.
