The hire is a strategic move to strengthen the company’s position in the Danish market, in close cooperation with sister company KL Industri. Krogh will split his role between the two companies, with the goal of building a stronger joint presence in Denmark.
The background for this initiative is a changing market, where investments in the power grid and energy infrastructure are increasing. With a local resource in place, the companies strengthen their ability to work closer with customers and help develop tomorrow’s energy solutions.
“Hiring Morten is an important step in developing our position in Denmark and in the Nordic market. We will stay close to our customers and deliver solutions that create real value in their projects,” says Runar Tandstad, CEO of Møre Trafo.
Krogh has a background as an electrician and high-voltage technician, and has long experience from roles where he has worked closely with installers, contractors and industrial customers. He is particularly focused on building strong relationships and developing solutions that make a real difference in practice.
In his role, he helps further develop our offering in Denmark, in step with changes in the energy industry and the need for more robust, future-focused solutions for power distribution.
“I look forward to becoming part of Møre Trafo and KL Industri, and to strengthening cooperation with customers and partners in Denmark. Together we will help develop the energy supply of the future,” says Krogh.
An important first meeting point is the EL & TEKNIK industry fair in Odense, May 5–7, 2026, where Møre Trafo and KL Industri will be present to meet the market and present their solutions.
With this hire, Møre Trafo strengthens its local presence in Denmark and takes further steps toward building a leading Nordic position in energy distribution.
