Runar Tandstad is the new CEO of Møre Trafo

Møre Trafo is seeing strong growth from increasing electrification and is well positioned for further development. That’s why it’s especially good to bring in Runar Tandstad as the new CEO, with his solid leadership experience and valuable industry expertise.

Runar Tandstad (57) comes from the position as Head of the Grid Management Division at Møre Nett AS, responsible for grid development, needs assessment, and prioritizing measures for expansion, operation, and maintenance. Runar Tandstad holds an MSc in electrical power engineering and has held several management roles in the energy industry.

With Runar on the team we get a change-oriented leader with solid experience from managing technology- and competence-driven organizations, and he clearly has the personal qualities needed to lead Møre Trafo in the years ahead,” says Rieve Kristiansen.
